Named after Robert Fergusson's poem on festive excess, Daft Days Porter is a 6.5% ABV dark ale built around British hop varieties. Bramling Cross brings blackcurrant and spice; Phoenix contributes chocolate and depth. The result is a full-bodied porter with chocolate, coffee and dark fruit on the nose and a rich, malty finish with residual sweetness. Gold at the Free From Awards 2022.
