Oxford Pilsner blends Saaz, a traditional Bohemian hop, with Cascade from the American West Coast to create a 5% pilsner that sits between the clean bitterness of the Czech original and the fruitier notes of a more modern approach. Hopped for aroma as well as bitterness, it finishes pleasantly dry. Deglutenised and tested below 10ppm.
