Baltic - Plum

Technically a lager rather than an ale, this 7.8% Baltic porter is brewed with dark malts and lagered for 6 weeks in tank before plum and damson additions bring a distinct stone fruit character on top of the toasted malt base. Loral and Zatec hops support the structure without dominating. Certified gluten free and vegan, testing below 20ppm.
