Jex-Blake Mosaic IPA

Named after Sophia Jex-Blake, Scotland's first practising female doctor, this 5.6% ABV IPA is built entirely around the Mosaic hop. Pineapple and mango come through on the nose; the palate adds pine and citrus. Oats give the malt base a rounded quality that keeps the tropical character from tipping into sharpness. Certified gluten free below 20ppm.
