Dubbel Ale

Bottle-conditioned and naturally gluten free, this 7% dubbel is built from sorghum, millet, brown rice and buckwheat rather than barley. It is brewed in Belgium in the traditional style and delivers the dark sugar and toffee character expected of the format, underpinned by a classic Belgian yeast aroma. Green's claims this as the world's first gluten free dubbel, a format it helped pioneer from 2004.
